Down Light for Twig Chandeliers

This can be done using either a separate wall switch connected to a second wire for the down light, or if only one wall switch is available, it can be turned on with a pull chain on the chandelier. Down lights are only recommended for chandeliers going above a dining table. They are not well suited for higher installations, such as a tall foyer or cathedral ceiling, as looking up at a down light would be too bright.
